our parcel delivery and carpooling platform
("Platform"). By accessing or using our
Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you
must not use our Platform.
1. Use of the Platform
1.1. Eligibility: You
must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By
using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you
meet this eligibility requirement.
1.2. Account Creation: To use certain
features of our Platform, you may be required to create
an account. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account credentials and are
liable for all activities that occur under your
account.

User Conduct: You agree to use the

any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities while
using our Platform.

trip/package details.
2. Carpooling and Package Delivery
2.1. Carpooling: The
Platform allows users to create and join trips for
carpooling purposes. GoRoutes is not responsible for the
safety or reliability of other users and their vehicles.
Users are encouraged to exercise caution and use their
best judgment when participating in carpooling
arrangements.
2.2.
Package Delivery: The Platform
facilitates package delivery among users. GoRoutes does
not assume responsibility for the contents of the
packages or their condition during transit. Users agree
to package items securely and appropriately for
transportation.
2.3.
User Responsibility: Users are solely
responsible for any arrangements, agreements, or
interactions with other users concerning carpooling or
package delivery.
3. Payments
3.1. Fees: Some services on the
Platform may involve fees. By using these services, you
agree to pay the specified fees, as applicable.
3.2. Payment Processing: Payments are
processed through third-party payment processors.
GoRoutes is not responsible for any issues related to
payment processing, including but not limited to failed
transactions, unauthorized charges, or disputes.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: The
Platform and its content, including text, graphics,
images, logos, and software, are the intellectual
property of GoRoutes or its licensors and are protected
by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.
4.2.
Limited License: GoRoutes grants you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable
license to access and use the Platform for personal and
non-commercial purposes.
5. Privacy
5.1. Data Collection:
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy

6. Termination

Termination by Users: You may terminate

functionality, or suitability for any purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold GoRoutes and its
affiliates, employees, and representatives harmless from
any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or
expenses arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to the Agreement
9.1. Modification:
GoRoutes reserves the right to modify or update this
Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the
Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
